New landmark, luxury project - to be officially launched in September 2017. The earth moving for the infra-structure have started for Construction starts in December of this year or January 2018, where 30% + VAT will be paid.
There is nothing about the project in the market or online. Also, we have been constructed to keep the confidentiality on the project, apart from a few selected clients that may be interested in pre-reserving at this early stage.
A few selected agencies have been chosen for the pre-launch and pre-reservations of the project. We work closely together as a partner with one of these selected agencies.
We can largely review the project from our office, also attached is more information about the master project.
Through our partners we have access to reservations in phase 1 with 84 units. 41 units are already booked. The entire phase 1 will accommodate 467 units.
The project will be fully gated, with internal tunnels for cars, water channels, several large pool areas - and every unit will get a breathtaking view. The master project will also include a business center, restaurant, cafe, meeting room, international school and much more. There will be pedestrian walkways, including playgrounds for children, etc.
How to pre-reserve your unit - or more units?
Step 1: By paying 6,000 € to the clients´ account with your lawyer. An official pre-reservation document from the developer will be filled in with your details, signed - and your lawyer will secure the document to be forwarded the developer, confirming that the pre-reservation deposit amount is now available on the lawyer´s clients´ account.
Step 2: The developer will confirm your pre-reservation, and you will be assigned a confirmed slot number in the queue. You will be notified when to view. Do you confirm the purchase at this point, an additional 4,000 € will be paid. Should you after viewing NOT want to continue with the purchase, you can pull out. The deposit amount is held at your lawyer´s clients´ account, and it will be paid back to you in full.

Step 3: The pre-reservation document will be exchanged with a Reservation Contract, which will be the legal document until the time of signing the Private Purchase Contract. From this point on the 10,000 € will become non-refundable.
Step 4: You pay 30% + VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract. The signing of the Private Purchase Contract takes place, when the full building license is in place. Should you want to exchange the Private Purchase Contract, i.e. to resell your unit, then this will be possible at this point. An expected 2% administration fee will need to be paid to exchange the contract.
Step 5: Balance - paying the remaining 70% + Vat - takes place upon completion.
A bit about specifications:
Underfloor heating: Thermal and solar cells. The pre-information we have received is that underfloor heating is in bathrooms, with an option (for an additional fee) that it is in the entire home. In addition, the A / C is hot and cold as normal. Energy certificate B. Large window sections and patio doors from floor to ceiling. Fully fitted kitchens, etc.

PAYMENT TERMS: Reservation: Prereservation placed at buyer´s lawyer 6,000. The deposit gives access to a slot number to choose the unit. When the unit is picked, the client pays another 4,000 €.
